determination and discipline are the keys. i eat 6 small meals a day.
7:00am - Oatmeal + Green Tea
10:00am - Banana + Apple + Gatorade Propel
12:30am - 1cup Rice + Fish/Chicken + Sauted Veggies
4:00pm - (Pre Work-out Meal)Camote + Non Fat Milk
7:00pm - Mais + Fish/Chicken + Sauted Veggies
10:00pm - Pineapple + Non Fat Milk
just make sure to take multivitamins everyday like centrum silver etc..

support from friends..once u see a difference, it'll motivate u even more.
My advice is ayaw kalita imo body sa pag diet nimo cause it may lead you to internal sickness. Do it slowly for example sugud ka 2 cups of rice then maybe after 2 weeks 1 1/2 cups and so on. This one also applies sa imo sud-an sugud ba ka ug 3-4 serving then go down to 2 until mao abot na nimo ang 1 serving.
If that doesn't work kay ma temp gyud ka mo kaon. My doctor gave me a technique and that is to drink 2-3 big glasses of water before you eat so that you feel partially full so gamay na lang imo ma kaon.
Now if you're in a diet and you've been invited sa isa ka party and mostly nga party here kay murag buffet style man. My tip is to get 1 small slice or 1 small serving of everything and never go back to the buffet table na and don;t forget to apply the water technique also.
Avoid all sweets and sugar and drink only one liquid and that is water ( this will be hard for you kung pala inom ka or you have a sweet tooth)
Lastly discipline yourself
Try the South Beach, I agree. It's the most user-friendly (and the most effective) diet out there. I am biased on this though, coz it proved effective on me.
