I have subscribe Wired Globe Broadband Plan 1.0 Mbps Data and Voice which cost 1295PHP/month, But it's almost 3 months now and I still don't have a good connection (dial-up is even better). I keep calling their tech support and they always told me that they already made a report on my problem. My problem is they are sending me bills for a service they haven't provided, Is there a way for me to breach the 1 year Lock-in Period? or a way to force them to fix my internet connection asap?
