Follow this steps ( Disclaimer: wala ko labot ma unsa na imong PC after following these steps. Confirm with other sources before you proceed)
1. Back up your important stuff, dont bother writing them to disk kay mu kuyog na ang virus if naa. Try to upload them somewhere kay some sites if not all have virus checking software ( Libre na scan and clean ).
2. Boot using a bootable CD and format both your hard drives or partitions.
3. On the command prompt, type FDisk /MBR to rewrite your master boot record (Basin boot sector na imong virus). This part of your hard disk is usually left untouched using regular formats / disk partitioning.
4. Install your operating system and update as necessary (e.a
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/). Warning: This could take a long time depende sa imong connection speed and bundled service packs sa imong OS installer (SP1, SP2).
5. Lock your MBR for further writing using your CMOS utility for your motherboard ( refer to your mother board manual ).\
6. Install drivers, software etc...
