    Default Connecting to another PC via dial-up ( problems )


    Ive created a connection setting under windows XP to accept incomming dial-up connection ( for internet sharing ) naka assign nako ug username and password but it asks the domain name, aha nako ni makita ang domain name sa akong PC para maka connect na akong friend. )

    System properties, I think.. Network ID you mean?

    so e set lang nako no network domain ?

    if you are not connected with a domain(active directory or the native NT Domain) just ignore that option and don't input anything.

    i left it blank, mo ask gyud siya sa domain name.

    Both of your pc are XP? SInce you don't have a NT domain, try the workgroup name.
