I was also on that same boat between the E6750 & Q6600, at the end of the day i got the Q6600 and im very happy with it. The main reason why i got the Q6600 instead of the E6750 is that i rarely upgrade my processor and with the minimal price gap on both CPU's why not grab the extra horse power anyway.. the 2.6Ghz vs 2.4Ghz didnt bother me as im running it at 3.4Ghz

Even the e6550 is fine. Depends on your budget really, but just in case what's your motherboard? Make sure it's compatible.
