Allow me to rant, and after searching the forums for a similar topic, i could not find any so this topic deserves its own thread
anyway ill keep it short
last december i had my CRT monitor fixed for an INTERMITTENT but otherwise minor prob. Im a busy person and since Ngenius IT park is very accessible to me, i decided to have it fixed there. Their tech gave me a turn around time of maybe one week, ill just call for updates. They'll send the unit to thier service center sa NG KHAI (yeah ok). One week has passed, no updates. The funny thing is everytime i call Ngenius, thier tech sounds clueless. I dont knw if they dont care or they have no idea at all what's happening. Maybe all they care is the customers pay after playing DOTA in their store.. jeezzz.

So, I called NGKHAI mismo to have a clearer update, then this lady in charge over there (medju HILASON pa) told me that monitors cant be fixed in a week, usually 2-3 weeks na. I told them the Ngenius pips told me 1 week ra... then she told me na they're wrong and in a very unprofessional manner shes finger pointing na pataka ra daw sila. Ok fine...
A few days later, i got a text update saying "gi subay pa daw ang board sa imu monitor (or something)" basta under observation pa. I guess my unit wasnt on priority, almost 3 weeks has passed, ni agi na ang pasko wa gihapon na ayu. I was hell bent on getting it na, bahala'g wala nila na ayu. And yes i was patient with them, they even told me na busy sla due to the holidays and Mag X'mas party pa sla

... ako employado ra pod, kasabot ra. Then i called ngkhai again n surprise surprise they said "wala daw guba"!!! Ok fine, im tired of dealing with this people. Ako na g claim sa IT Park. NAg mugot pa jud ang nawng sa tigbantay pag kuha nako murag na disturbo nako sya.
SO all in all, my monitor stayed with them for 3 weeks. 3 weeks wala sakpi ang problema. 3 weeks nagpahulay = maybe becoz of dat long rest mura syag na ayu.
Den after a matter of days, ni balik nasad ang prob. Gi send na nako ug reputable repair shop. Na solve in less than a day. Worst part of it the shop told me the monitor "was never opened" (sa NG KHAI/NGENIUS) for further investigation. Ngenius n co, ... nevermind im jst glad its over
Hinaut unta, this post will make you aware that the stories about your store are true and you shape up. i repeat, its a bad experience
