    Default MTP problem (!)


    Just recently I bought a CREATIVE ZEN and was very excited to use it but the problem is that my laptop cannot detect the player and when I tried looking at the device manager, it did recognize but has an yellow exclamation point(!). Has anyone experienced this? I reallly need help coz it has rendered my new player useless.

    btw, the system requirement for the CREATIVE ZEN is windows XP w/ Service Pack 2 where my laptop is already SP2.

    I really appreciate if someone could help me.

    try daw update the driver bro...

    right click on that device sa device manager then click update driver...

    gi try na nako bro pero mu ingon man cya na di niya makit.an ang wpdusb...ambot kung sa lain laptop na iyang WMP9 kay mugana man cya pero sa kani na model HP nx6120 dili manjud..

    creative Vision zen M ba na?

    coz mao sad ako prob before.. 2nd hand man to and I don't have CD installation disk..

    after installing the proper driver and software, ok na man.. I can transfer files..

    btw, another thing, might be, nga something wrong sa imu usb drivers..

    try plugging in new flash drive, in which, wala pa nagamit sa imu system..

    if it looks for the driver, guba na imu USB drivers.. I have a topic about that before.. and solved it by reinstalling the OS..

    nope,CREATIVE ZEN brod..

    new product nila...naa ko installer disk pero mao lagi gihapon mu error cya MTP(!)..ok man ako usb drive kay mu gana man akong external HD..

    brad....bacn sa driver na sa imo ZEN brad.....suwayi daw ug lain comp/laptop imo ZEN den widout d installer disk...kng madetect den dle na sa imong ZEN ang prob..bcn sa imo laptop...sa iyang usb drivers

    ako na nasulayan sa uban laptop nga dili katong HP compaqnx6120 , nigana man...for sure dili ni sa ZEN kundi sa laptop..
