chinese software need help!!!!

Good day mga bros.... im having problem with some software i download its this tenquenqq it a chinese messenger i've already downloaded it all but the problem is when i install it the wizard had a language incompability i've already install chinese language but the problem is this wizard this will appear unrecognized charactersss.... hope you can help me with this one thanks u ol

How about installing language from your OS CD Install CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) characters.. And set the language settings from regional settings. BTW, regional settings can be found at the control panel.

bro, i have already install those languanges and still no unrecognized characters shows in the wizard...

Try to make Chinese laguage as your default language settings from the regional settings. And also, what OS are you using
