Government position na magsweldo ug 6000+ starting (some kinda comp admin)
or

depends on your personal goals really. see both as vehicles to your dream. choose the one that will effectively get you there.
when talking about long term plans, mas nindot kaha ang government?? (im talking about benefits)
i think most good private companies out there give the same benefits (or even more).Originally Posted by mariox

any1 here from the government sector??
i am not from government sector... but all i can say is that u can have additional sideline aside from your job... u know what i mean![]()
kong stable na private company. ok ra private ka. ang assurance sa goverment dili gyd ma close. life time na job ba. pro gamay ra sweldo. mao btaw mu corrupt nalang na cla.
tnx edge n miko...
yeah im totally in sa private jud karon na bata pa gamay (im still 25) but what happens in next 10 to 15 yearswill we be as competitive as we are now
well, that remains to be seen...
i was with the private sector for six years and i entered gov't service.(i belong to a family of civil servants)i guess depende sa imong sudlan na plantilla.majority sa among profession kay naa sa civil service.if security of tenure lang i like being in the gov't. and mag kina-unsa simbako naa gihapon ang gov't.
it may not offer salaries compared with some private companies pero para nako maayo na ang gamay basta kanunay.besides, being in the civil service has it's own perks na wala gyud sa private sector.
well, based lang na sa akong experience
