Default fans go on computer doesn't ( Problem Solved )

I just got a SATA DVD-R drive and i went on changing the wiring in my case for the 4th time. Every other time I forgot to plug one simple thing in again this time it is not the case

1.All the Fans/Leds go on all the fans are plugged directly into PSU
2.The graphics card fan goes on
3.the Monitor doesn't Que out of Sleep mode
4.The Keyboard and mouse dont light up
    5. The (SPID/F i think) output light doesn't go on on my X-fi front panel

I can turn it on using the on off switch plugged into the mobo

and to turn it off i have the hold the on off butting for 5 seconds

when i turn it off sometimes it will flash again like 4 seconds later

    what could be the problem??

most likely the mobo..the fans running means the psu is working. or maybe the connection to the mobo

if tangtangon nimo DVD drive ok
    if so, probably low power...

if you disconnect the new sata dvd-r d ghapon mo on
if so... probably ang vcard natarog... (walay beep)

note: careful lang kung ang imo psu walay direct sata power connector... most of the time madaot nang sata power connector na pakapin kung sige tangtangon....

if you have a diagnostic card, most probably you can see that ang imong mobo keeps on restarting after the initial processor self diagnostics.himo-a tanan nilang gisulti bro and pls. check kung imong mobo, especially the edges, wala ba maka come in contact with your metal casing and if all else fails...dad-a didto sa green valley.ingon pud ana nahitabo sa one of my mobos.

    give us your machine's specs...
    wattage of your PSU...

    1. either ur psu can't handle the load... or..
    2. ur mobo got fried... (if u don't hear any beeps)
