Syncronizing your Gadgets with Outlook

Ive never been a fan of outlook but it looks like palmdesktop will just remain with palm.

I segregate my contacts in my phone into folders and also have groups. Is there a way to preserve this setup in outlook?

Same goes for notes,calendar and tasks. it would be great if the folders could be preserved, that way moving from one gadget to another wont be so tedious.

I used my palm contacts to sync with outlook contacts then transferred my outlook contacts into my iPod touch. I think you can do this with other devices. About sa groups in outlook to your gadget, I think you need to set it up daan in outlook.

Mine still has categories outlook but wala na sa iPod touch. Naa lpa nuon tanan details though like birthdays, notes and other categories.

if you mean you're presently using palm desktop but want to sync with outlook and then sync outlook with your phone, that's possible. i use palm desktop but sync it with outlook via a really old sync software (desktop-to-go), and then sync outlook with my N95 using PC Suite.

i don't use "folders" but my calendar, notes, tasks, contacts details and groups in palm desktop sync perfectly with outlook. i don't sync my palm/outlook contacts with my phone since i don't need all the details, so i don't know if all the outlook contact details will be maintained on the phone. but my calendar and notes sync perfectly.
