For #1 – It is not our intention to confuse non-technical insects rather than we are speaking our own language because it is what we are.

For #2 – Most outsource do it but for in-house I don’t see any significant in doing so.

For #3 – Since veterans sits on higher position then we cannot blame them because they are just following orders from top management where ROI is statistically studied.

For #5 - I don’t care about the credits as long as the price is right then you can declare my finished product as yours.
