All about Romeo Jalosjos..Escapee or freeman?

Romeo Jalosjos the jailed Congressman of Zamboanga for raping a minor during his term.He was sentence to life in prisonment.There were news of special treatment during his prisonment.An apartment inside bilibid,own cook,and etc.Now after the release of erap,jalosjos claimed that he also was released and given clearance to leave because of the same pardon given to erap.he went home to Zamboanga but when Justice secretary Raul Gonzales knew it,Jalosjos was ordered rearrested because Gonzales said he was not among the pardoned.Question now is who gave the released order to Jalosjos?Is it because he jumped to KAMPI the party of GMA?Why he was still in Zamboanga jail and not back in Bilibid?

the reason why jalosjos is was freed is because his sentence was commuted. now after they computed his time served plus good behavior, lapas na iyang gi-serve over sa commuted sentence.

if we were in the U.S., technically, jalosjos is already due to be for release but PGMA won't allow it because of political pressure.

ana gyud ang balaod diri sa pilipinas, naa lang ipang cite, pwede ka ma-preso or pwede ka ma-abswelto. daghan kaayo ug grey areas atong balaod.
