As all I know, if college professor ka, 200-300/unit I think imo i handle for beginners. Im not sure but that's what I've heard from my colleagues. But mostly beginners handle only limited units....

High School teachers usally make 10k up... more or less...

I don't think so if High school teacher can achieve that even Principal, I don't think so. Maybe 15k they can achieve that.

seminars attended/trainings received (mas daghan if sa abroad)
years of experience
citations nga na-receive
honor ba ka pag-graduate sa college
units sa Masteral (mas daghan points if nakagraduate na)
and blah blah blah

you get the basic pay plus equivalent sa points nga nakuha
