Video Card High Temperature.

hi mga bro

I need some information from you all expert in pc. I would like to raise this question about the video card agp model gecube ati radeon 9250 256mb 128 bit. E try attach my new video card into motherboard, when the system start to display. e try check and touch the board of my video card being attach on my motherboard. I've noticed that while the video card run in 30 mins. the temperature of video card is going higher i mean " init kaau cya" unsa ni cya dautan ni or nature na sa ati radeon video card nga mo init cya.

This is my first time using ati radeon agp is attached to my pc and i had another e try to attach it wla init cya normal ra.

Is there anyone who advice to me what wrong my video card? please i need your all opinion.. please help me mga bro...

first of all, your perception of heat can be subjective, to be able to really tell if something is wrong with your card, use ati tool or another utility for ati cards to check what its temp really is. also check if the fan is spinning or if it making strange noises. post back when you know what your temps are.

@phrouge unsa man ang ghikap nimo sa imong video card: heatsink or ang mainboard? how old na ang imong video card? nailisan na nimo ug thermal paste?

normally mas init man gyud ang gpu kesa sa mga cpu @ idle...try to install a tmeperature monitoring software if supported sa imong card bro then compare the temps sa mga reviews sa hardware sites..

normal ra na cya nga mo init ang akong video card nga ati radeon 9250? ako video card walay fan only have heatsink.. ang mag init sa video card kay ang mainboard sa video card ug heatsink.

What would i do to the ATI tools, how to use it and what things are to do? Is it my video card is bad or in good condition? Please give me more good and best suggestion or comments on my problem?....

mo-init man gyud nang videocard... any videocard does...

no wonder ni init, wala man diay fan, hehe. in that case normal ra kaayo na. that means the heatsink is doing its job. i would still like to see unsa imu temps though. i search na sa net ati tools imu na idownload then i install.

i doubt if naa nay sensor ang iyang card... radeon 9250 is an entry level videocard.

pareha raman ta ug video card bro, bought it last week, sa oclar, unsaon wala naman agp available sa uban stores, prefer man unta ko ug nividia, anyways ako ning gi burn-in ang video card nako for 13 hours straight, giconnect pud nako sa tv, then play pud ko ug games, para ma test jud nako ang iyang speed, nagmahay jud ko ani kay hinay kaau, ahehehehe, pero makatabang nalang ni gamay kaysa mag-onboard video...

later on gipalung nako, then giopen nako ang case, hikap nako heatsink sa video card, tolerable raman ang init... dili man makapaso!

gadownload sad ko ug ati tool, wala may temps! maybe kay walay sensor ang vid card...
