I am looking for a programmer or programmers to develop our system.

We are an export company.
System analysis is not a problem since I can help and I have background in IT and programming.

We can hire you directly or hire indirectly just as long as the milestones are achieved as per the time allotted.

We prefer a web -based approach (PHP, MYsql) etc but other languages will be considered. . . VB.net, VC,oracle,access,etc.

Proficiency in database systems is a must.

Sorry to tag on this thread but I can't seem to post here or in classifed yet. I run a Japanese Manufacturing company in MEZ1 and we are looking to upgrade our accounting, payroll, HR and possibly manufacturing systems.

Current system is still in DOS and well, for obvious reasons we need to upgrade soon. The owner is a CPA from Japan so his system will be followed no matter how odd it seems. Japanese speaking is a super plus but not required.

We can have you on retainer after system is installed or if required, full-time job to manage network.
