help me pasabot ani nga color sa akong windows task manager be, nagpuwa na lage ni sya ron oh..dili ba daot ang proc ani? thanks

You have a running background process.
To check what process, on the task manager click "Process" tab then click "CPU" column.
You will notice the processes will sort by CPU usage. You may click the column again once to have it in descending order.
If you are on descending order, the topmost program is the errant one (the one consuming your cpu's processing power).

Either turn it off on the ControlPanel/Admin Tools/Services or close it if it is a normal app and not a service/background process.

click View and uncheck the "show kernell times"
