    This initiative has been delayed countless times before but this time this has the most certainty of being passed.

    Lawmakers who will vote against it will be obvious in lobbying in behalf of giant pharmaceutical companies.

    Pablo Garcia in one astute political animal. Always on the side of reason. I still consider him as one of the few statesmen left.

    I do hope his intentions are genuine. I'ts still too early to comment on this issue.

    why? ived read a lot articles stating dat our medicine is the most expensive, let say in india ang paracetamol, centavos lng, dri pesos.. nways time wil come this bill would b aprove, filipinos need it

    cheaper medicines = less profit for big pharma companies

    = less number of med reps

    = less perks for doctors ?
