bay i have a unit in deca minglanilla.A 2 storey row house type,good for 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a space to extend at the back and in the front,no paint inside.paid it for 21 months and cannot continue anymore.Loaned with pag-ibig good for 25 yrs,but you have an option to buy in cash.The price last 2005 when i acquired the house is P498 thou located in phase 1.Right now they opening the phase 4 with the type is already P733.000.You can call me at this number: 4878556 or 09173691796 and look for michael.
