if you are too lazy reading the rules, i'll sum it up for you quickly:

Users with newbie ranks cannot create a thread at the buy/sell/trade section. They may reply though (teh thread crapping!!!!).

Users will be ranked Junior Member when they reach 30 posts. Then you create a thread at the buy/sell/trade section.

Post count does not increase at the the buy/sell/trade section.
