Any of you guys tried this power supply? I know it's probably generic, but can anyone share their experience with regards to this kind of PSU?

Bro, were using that kind of power supply in our company, and we have more or less 100 PC's ****perhaps were using clone PC's****** . So far I had encounter only two issues that involved directly with the supply. Did you feel something wrong with the performance of the PC?
well, 2 out of 100 is a good number already... 98% success rate.. heheOriginally Posted by deford_cnca
well anyway, it's for my friend...98% chance of success seem to be pretty good odds. We'll just hope he gets lucky on picking the PSU..

amperage is one of the things that you should look for in power supplies, aside from wattage. you should check pila ang amperage niya sa iyang rails...Originally Posted by lightning_mcqueen95
@fish & EarlZ: I totally agree. Its not always about the wattage. I've always heard that mantra from posters at the forums of badcaps.net
I recently replaced a generic 350W PSU in one our machines (P4 2.66ghz (LGA775)+512mb DDR400+40gb HDD+64mb GF4 MX-440+ASUS P5P800S) with a FSP [Fotron Source Power)]/SPI [Sparkle Power, Inc.] (most forum members at badcaps.net like this brand of PSU) 250W unit and one of my friends told me I was crazy.Boy were they shock that the 250W unit could handle it.
