How about German cuisine ? I know someone who is also interested in investing a german restaurant here in Cebu . Authentic in a sense na local ingredients siya but fried , baked , grilled and broiled the GERMAN WAY !Some food ideas out of it are :
- Schnitzel
- varieties of Sausages
- Weiner
- CUtlets
Not to mention also world class WHEAT BEERS !

the closest you'll get is The Gustavian on maria luisa road. their deli has authentic/traditional style sausages, and european style bread. and they have just opened the Tap Room next door, which is styled like a european pub. good beers on draft (hoogarten, stella artois) and wide selection of european beers, some are even marginally cheaper than in europe mismo.

@SPRINGFIELD_XD: so where is this resto? when will it open? am always looking for another place na mag-food trip... Closest to this cuisine would be austrian at the original Vienna Kaffehaus and of course the food served at Borussia in Mabolo (already closed, unfortunately...)
