need info regarding service/repair for damaged Treo 650

guys, need your help...

after almost 3 years since she got the unit ang Treo 650 sa akong mama won't turn on. she has tried charging it and mu-siga man ang iyang charging indicator. pero dili na jud muandar ang unit.

do any of you have any idea what's causing this? also, do you know where she can have it looked at and/or repaired if pwede pa ma-repair? if dili na jud ma-repair, is it possible to retrieve the information stored on the phone? wala man gud ni back-up2x akong mama sa mga info nga naa sa iyang phone.

can any of you guys tell me asa service center sa Palm?
