kusog gyud tingali imo metabolism bro.. basin nag-inom ka vitamins C , naa baya na present ascorbic acid kasagaran vit C
eat more frequent and try high fiber food...
for now.. im eating at least an apple a day.. pero usahay dili lagi ko ka likay.. maka kaun gyd ko daghan.. nya human mag basol rasad ko kay sayanagan ko sa akong jogging.

1 pc latundan banana
6 chunks of pineapple
yield: almost 2 cups.
pwede na ni nimo breakfast and lunch. kung gutomon ka inbetween pwede ka mag eat ug crackers or sandwiches.
