wala man, naa sa body shop pero toner with witch hazel and seawee, im looking for witch hazel na astringent

^^ hey ako nangita jud ko ug witch hazel herbs....mao man ni ang gamiton if bag-o manganak...i-soak ang sanitary pads sa witch hazel solution (witch hazel dissolved in water)...i freeze or i - keep cold...then maoy gamiton after child birth for perinium comfort....hopefully naay kabalo asa ta kapalit ani.....

Gwyn, naa na sa pharmacy. I used that sa pusod sa akong baby para dali ra maayo, it took just 3days raman guro to natagak ra ug iyaha. What a relief kay lisud baya kaayo change ug diaper tungod sa pusod, samot na pagligo. I was so glad I used witch hazel.

Para comfort naa may spray ihatag from the hospital? I forgot the name. Pero u can buy it sa pharmacy pud.

toinks anha ka pinas manganak? i thought ari diri US. neways tanang pharmacies diri naa na baligya. papalit nalang from here and pangitaon to nakong name atong spray, nice au to. everytime u pee kay i-spray ra to siya then dili na sakit and dali ra pud maayo ang samad. sakit man manganak diha gwyn uy may diri naay epidural.

ask ur hubby nalang pada ug witch hazel ug katong spray... these are must-haves gyud. scary magpaepidural diha gwyn i wouldn't advice it. di nimo makaya CS ra gyuy laing option. well kaya mo yan God Bless
