The active low pressure area east of Northern Mindanao has developed into a Tropical depression and was named "LANDO".

Coordinates: 9.6ーN 126.1ーE
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center
Movement: West Northwest at 13 kph

Tuesday morning:
240 kms West Northwest of Surigao City or
60 kms West of Cebu City
Wednesday morning:
230 kms West Northwest of Iloilo City
Thursday morning:
220 kms Northwest of Puerto Prinsesa City
