Bro why not get hosting from the US? You can get shared hosting for a really cheap price and also domain names. But you will need a paypal account which you can get from www.paypal.com

Btw you dont need a credit card to apply for paypal. Just open up a bank ATM account with Unionbank because their ATM card can be used with PayPal.

Do you think 550php per year is cheap? for a .com domain

I need one in cebu since I cant afford credit cards or atm cards Im still a minor but all I want is a domain and a host that cost around 600php a year for the host in Cebu that way i can just go to the office to pay hehe

wla man cguro bro hosting+domain ng worth of 600 PHP a year. ug naa man gani basig tag 20k rasad ang limit ana kay sa domain palang pinakabarato ana kay 8$ then how about ang hosting? mahal baya ang hosting kaysa sa domain. naa ko offer shared files kungs ka... then ang imong name www.yourname.cebuwork.com 500 lang a yr. no banner at all.

He doesnt have any means to pay 1and1 so the best he can approach is local. http://dreamcodedesign has around 600php domain registration with 95 php per month on their basic hosting plan.
