no it is not dead... pereville is still selling. before the launching date(around may/june 2007-i believe this was the time u sent a letter of intent to purchase <if u have..>) the price was about 600k for type B. however, this is a bare unit...no partitions, no tiles...the management decided to change the specs of all the types including type B to complete unit with paints, tiles and partitions.that is the reason they increased the price...
