I have wasted 28 years of my life and I am unemployed. I am naive and don't know what to do further. I have lost all hopes. What can I do?

You may try to find something that makes you at least a bit happy and slowly, step by step, try to move on. Friend's support would be great as well. Or maybe professional help. 28 is not an issue - people of any age may change their lives, it's just that you need to find a motivation (which is not easy sometimes)

The main thing is not to give up. Try to start with something simple like fix something at home just keep yourself occupied with something.
