naa na bay na preso sa utang

sa credit card, naa na bay na preso considering nga wala na ka makabayad sa banko kay nag lisod ang economiya sa imung bulsa?

how about personal loans, naa na ba pud na preso ani nga dili na ka makabayad?

I know filipinos are fund of lending money and swiping their credit cards all the time just to make them happy not knowing of the consequences that come forward.

Why you ask bro you have any plan not to pay your credit card and personal loan bills heheh joke only bro. I have known some people who didn't pay their credit card bills but until now nothing happened. If you don't pay your bills the first thing happen your acount will forwarded to a law firm, then they will the one to make a follow up for your payments. And sometimes hadlokon ka tha tif you don't pay your debt they will sue you in court.

Utang is civil case.... so, wa jud ma priso sa utang.. Kung walay prperties ang nangutang, luuy kaayu ang nag pautang kay wa jud sya'y makuha...

But the problem if you don't pay your debt is that you will be black listed to a credit bureau and you can't anymore borrow money from any financial institutions if you need it, so and utang ay dapat bayaran.
