Question mga istoryans. Naa ko karon sa abroad ba and I'm coming home to Cebu karong July. I'm coming home to get married.

Because of the pandemic, most of my time sa cebu will be spent sa quarantine.

Is there a way nga ma process sa akong gf ang papers sa marriage like giving notice sa marriage alone so that pag abot nako mag diretso na me mag civil wedding?
