Tabang knsa nag work dri taga PLDT networking department? or kana nag work sa pldt about anang mga dsl/internet speed issues?
Knsa member sa istorya.net na nag work sa PLDT? technicians or nag handle sa dsl/networking department wai labot na mga ahente ha.
3 weeks na jd ni akong problem gud and bsin mas mka reach out pko thru istorya kay sa 173 call nila.

is your problem about the too low of upload speed when using utorrent? or any other?

@Chipmunk888: dili bro, my problem is if mo gamit ko upload speed mo taas akong latency (100-3000ms) any website na. Mo hinay pa jd akong internet around 200-300kbps. bsta lang magamit akong uplaod speed. Mo share gud ko para ma maintain akong 1:1 ratio sa usa ka torrent site. Naa ka idea na unsa ni akong connection? Mka prove jd ko na naa sumthing worng sa ila network coz naa man gud ko dsl na laegacy network pa nila. stable kau ang connection and wla jd ko problem a2 na dsl.

well thats normal bai. if youre using your bandwidth and pinging simultaneously affect your latencies to any websites. but if your pinging without any other activity in your bandwidth, and still shows abnormalities below the advertised speed, then there is a problem with that.

by the way, are you using a separate router? if yes, enable UPNP feature. it will help a lot in improving torrent activities.

why are you saying that your legacy connection is stable, is your newer connection disconnecting always?

Mo affect na sa latency if mo gamit ka torrent if downstream nmo ang gamiton sa dsl. Pero kng upstream ra gamay ra ang effect ana. Ako kay bsta mo gamit ko upstream speed nko akong latecy taas kau. karn akong 1st 3 hops which is sa pldt network ni abot 2000-3000ms.

Is the line you are complaining about an IPDSLAM or NGN?

@v2s13: Latest news I got was that PLDT is since days moving clients to different BRAS, so that the bandwidth is evenly distributed. That is not completed yet.
I will get tonight a status on that.

hmmm, afaik, its the NGN which is not stable yet now but not that IPDSLAM.. Thats even recommended by most good agents from them.

anyway, guess that affected by what softouch_ph informed you.
