The holiday is wonderful, but it is not clear on which ship it takes place. What is the cruise and how can I get on it?

Unfortunately, I can't figure out what kind of ship it is either. But I can say that such holidays are not uncommon on cruises. There is one company that is engaged in sailboat rental. They often have similar events. Perhaps this is the option that is needed.
