Hi. 10mbps akong speed sa LTE. Tukar tukar gyud sya with some sites pero 10mbps gyapon speed test. Ga hard reset ra ko. Ibton 10 secs

True. Kay LTE and even their DSL and Fibr lay ga share lang ta. Every on/off sa modem kay different atong ip address na shared sa lain tao.

If you want your own IP address para iwas problems with DNS, you'd need to pay additional 700 pesos and available only to DSL/Fibr
