Job Role:
Answer customer inquiries and/or resolve technical issues over the phone, email, chat, web and or through the proactive management support process. Additional incentives for sales.

Should be a good influence to the team.

Communication / Soft skills:

• Able to communicate in English effectively (pronunciation, grammar, fluency, spontaneity, sociolinguistics)
• Able to adapt to customer's skill level
• Good customer service skills (ability to empathize and listen to customer needs)
• Can articulate an object in clear detail

Technical skills:

• Computer fundamentals
• Networking (wireless)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technically Savvy

Critical and analytical skills:

• Ability to handle critical situations

Writing skills:

• Able to convey information in writing (grammar, professionalism and coherence, clarity, thought organization)
• Fast typing skills

Desired behavior:

• Possesses good manners and right conduct
• Trustworthy and honest
• Accepts feedback wholeheartedly to improve
• Leadership and sales skills / experience is a plus

Shift:

• Time - Flexible (day or night shift) / Not permanent
• Days-off - Flexible (2 days in a week)
• Holidays - can work on holidays
