    we are exactly in the same shoes, naka 15-days ko sa ako company then wala na ko pakita didto.
    nagsugod dayon ko sa other company the following day. it takes about a week before na trace up akong employment history by the HR manager herself, nya gipatawag dayon ko. Nagsugod kunohay dayon siya ug pangutanan sa akong employment history base sa akong CV/resume. then all of a sudden she ask me of my 2-week employer.

    I tell her, that at that time, i'm in the stage of job-hunting, it so happened that my 2-week employer got a hold on me first before i received your notification, but when i'm offered to join this company, i immediately jumped-in because the HR here knows what they are doing, especially kahibawo gyud mopili ug hitsuraan which reflects sa mga hitsuraan sab nga HR nato diri... .. ay sus si manang nilapad ang atay sa kanahan... taud-taod niingon siya good luck and welcome to our company.....

    Just be honest, aron dili ka magkamuritsing sa imo reasoning, and if you have the tiny gap of giving the interviewer a bolatik, go for it, it simply creates a good vibes for everybody...

    d man pud ka angay mangayo ung COE kay training pa ka, as long as wala pa ka sweldoi sa company. Kay once masweldoan ka, tanan process sa mga contribution magreflect nana, mag pay na cla sa imong tax, sss and everything. Once magreflect na, magkaigit ka kay magconflict na sa system kay magdouble imong name of company as ur contributor.

    so since wala pa ka na sweldoan, and bag.o ra ka. its a matter of how u answer sa HR if magbackground check cla. Take this note, your behavior will consider as their credibility risk. Kay wala nimo ning hawa sa malinawong processo.
