How to burn PS2 game downloaded ISO?????

help anyone hu knows how to burn a downloaded PS2 game ISO

and be able to play the game in my PS2??
i have this ISO that i downloaded,is it okay if i'll use a CD-R or it needs to be DVD-R??any instructions/procedures??softwares that i need to burn??

Technically, it's not illegal here, unless you provide links to warez sites and/or ask how to get cracks/keygens/serials/BIOSs for these games.
