PASSPORT SCHEDULING ASSISTANCE - Php 1,500.00

1. We are offering PASSPORT SCHEDULING ONLY.
2. Passport fees are not yet included. P950 for regular and P1,250 for rush to be paid at DFA.
3. No assistance in DFA during appointment day.
4. Payment first is required before scheduling.
5. Make sure to fill-up the form correctly and accurately. We are not be liable for any wrong info but information can be corrected during appointment day.
6. Providing the appointment schedule can take up to 10 days but the schedule is not more than 30 days upon filing. Ex. if we receive payment on Mar 1, your schedule might be released up to Mar 10 but the appointment schedule will not be more than Mar 30.
7. No exact site for Metro Manila applicants so you have to be flexible. Provincial sites may also be requested but subject upon availability.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling is not allowed once schedule is confirmed.
