Guys need help!

last friday which is oct.19 did2 sa ayala, sa kasalan 2007 na event i met this fashion designer V******** T**** III
( dont wana put his name muna, )
he ask me if pwede daw niya gamiton ako photos then i said yes but i agree not to ask for anything (T.F. ) except for my Accreditation lang/ Acknowledgment with my name na ako ang photographer

now ni gawas na ang article about sa Kasalan sa FREEMAN Friday Issue page 23-24 with my 9 pictures, surprisingly wala ko gi apil sa credits or wala gyud ko gi mention sa article karun rasad ko kita sa newspaper cuz i was in bohol for company event documentation
i already texted Mr. Tmolo still w8ting for his reply for explination.
Right now im not sure what to do, cuz the damage has been done na

we/i didnt make a written contract pero through verbal ang amo pag sabot, pero i still got his text message about sa amo sabot.

1. what are your after? is it credit only or do you want more?
2. are you willing to take it to court? if so, what will be your basis upon saying YES, u can use my images?
3. u can choose to discuss it with the involve party & settle amicably....after all, it's your work that has been used w/o credit.
