-Setup and maintain accounting system and process
-Ensure the accurate, consistent and timely input of data into the accounting system for
each business.
-Monthly reconciling of accounts
-Identifying and correcting discrepancies
-Documenting and monitoring internal controls
-Process employee expense report, verifying expenses within the company guidelines,
correcting errors and questioning abnormal expenses
-Produce monthly, quarter, annual reports for each business
-Assist with other special task as required.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher in
Finance/Accountancy.
-Excellent pc skills and extensive spreadsheet skills
-Strong ms office skills (knows how to work with macros and vba)
-Comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting processes
-Experienced in usage and development of complex financial
mangement system.
-Excellent time management skills
-Detail-oriented.
-Organized and above average English comprehension and spelling skills
-Can work with any accounting systems (quickbooks, sap, commandant etc…)
-Ability to show initiative and take responsibility
