Bro unsa gamit ana tracert command? Ingon to taga PLDT sa techincal issues gud na if nahan ka makbaw if naa issues ang pldt mo tracert ka sa command prompt nya space then website. If ang 1st 3 hops is above 30ms then there is a problem with the pldt network. If below 30ms gani then wla problem ang PLDT. Nya ako kay di sad jd malapas 30, karn sa ako bago na plan mo minimum nman 50ms ang 1st 3 hops then nig tawag nko balik mo deny nman sila about tracert daw. Unstable au ako connection rn gud, mo pas2x nya mo hinay nsad. Kng hinay, hinay rba kau.

Tracert

Determines the path taken to a destination by sending Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) Echo Request messages to the destination with incrementally increasing Time to Live (TTL) field values. The path displayed is the list of near-side router interfaces of the routers in the path between a source host and a destination. The near-side interface is the interface of the router that is closest to the sending host in the path. Used without parameters, tracert displays help.

This is very useful tool/command for most of us advance/intermediate pc users... Its a combination of ping, pathping, dns, nslookup and stuff (M$ Commands) Have you ever used or observed the popular Neotrace? The first hop is usually the gateway if you do not have a router connected and should be below 20ms, usually below 10ms.
The next 3 hops should all be below 30ms.

Just do a tracert pldtplay.com and check.

60ms is too high from you to your gateway!

Are you connected to NGN (your phone number start with 23 or IPDSLAM? Or even the unsupported Legacy Network?

Duha ako DSL dri bro, legacy nko rn kay wla jd prob and below 30ms tracert nya. Ako IPDSLAM kay mo minimum ug 65ms iya tracert. Unsa imo network bro? paspasa imo 1st 3 hops oi. 255 ako start sa number bro. Ngayo rko help dri kay mas mka tabang man dri sa istorya kaysa ila customer service. Mao man ta na ila trabaho pero murag bulok man au sila ana. nig tawag nko ignun rko normal pirmi kay ok daw ako speed pero di man speed akong concern, ako concern is my dsl stability. unstable kau taas au akong ping and hinay au akong upload speed.
