Anybody here who has technical ability to develop mobile apps with animation expertise?

A bisdak friend of mine based in Melbourne, Aus is looking for these skillsets to develop a project here in Cebu.

How much does he plan to pay ? It's all about the money and interesting projects for sure, but let's be real, it will not be that easy for your friend anyway. So I hope it will not be that better anyway. I do see it's really somewhat like that completely.

Like someone already said, please be prepaired to pay this money anyway for something like that. I do know people get paid something like $20 per hour for that work even in 3rd world countries anyway. See my point with that matter ? I do .
