Default 120 days maternity leave comments... act of 1305

Gusto Lang ko mo kuha sa inyong mga commentaryo bahin niining bill.

is this bill reasonable for both employer and employee?

is it good for the economy? Can this new bill attract more foreign investors?
what about local investors? Can this new bill help new individuals or group of individuals engage in business?

    What you say?

For me lisod kaayo ni sa mga negosyante especially sa mga bag.ong mo solod og negosyo tapos utang pa gyud and pohonan. Maglisod naman gani ang uban mag minimum wage kanang mga small and medium enterprise.

    suwayi panganak aron maappreaciate nimo..

most employees kay loyal sa ilang employers because of the good treatment nga ilang nareceive. maski unsa pa na kadako ang sweldo if treated unfairly, di ba muhawa jud na? but if maayo ang pag atiman sa ilaha, maayo pud ang ilang pag atiman sa trabaho..

for me, its right and just.

It's better not to compare two countries cause it's doesn't have the same economic standing, it's like you compare to people with a specific qualities but they have different talent. So you can't apply the same method from this person to another .

I think their point is that if mas taas ang maternity leave, then more incentives for mothers to stay kay longer ilang rest. Which will make them feel valued and not like robots. Companies will also start to think more about their employees rather than just the money.

It all depends on a company, if they employ low skilled factory workers, no need to give long leave benefits. We have so much workforce they are easily replaceable, losing a couple of them wont hurt production. Singapore workforce is different. Its all about leverage.

Mao ni maayo.. acknowledge ko ani..... masmaayo pa gani 1 year.... Kuwang ra kaayo na 120 days sa mga Tao.

Like 4 P's do to most unemployed filipino, imbis makatabang sa mga Tao para makatawis sa gutom, etc.

they only teach most Filipinos to be lazy... sos sa amo dire sa probinsya kung ting dawat na sa maong hinabang Murag fiesta ang dalan,, daghan kaayo hubog magpatunga og e Hurot ang kwarta sa bisyo, ma tawag nako sila og day millionaire ..

I would suggest the law must be balance. Kai kina.iya gyud ni nato, kung pabor gani nato ang USA ka butang,, naai Dako nga tendency,, pahimuslan og abusuhan
