Post President Duterte receives P370-M worth of arms from China ( GMA News )

President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday accepted arms and ammunitions from China in a turnover ceremony at Clark Air Base in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana said the military package amounted to 50 million yuan or more than P370 million.

Chinese Ambassador Zhao Jianhua said the military aid was the first of two batches, with the second set to arrive in the coming months.

He also announced that the Chinese government would donate P5 million for the families of the soldiers who died in the Marawi City.

China had earlier donated P15 million for Marawi relief operations. —JST, GMA News

I think every business deal or even grants or donations have hidden agenda. Kinsa man wala?
I think this is a return favor for warming up to China, and lending huge sums of money from China.
Which by the way China will earn from interests.

As for the territory, as what digong said, he will deal with it, but not now kay init pa kaayo.

As to shabu, we really cannot quickly assume that the China government is behind it. Lisod na.
It's the same in assuming that when you see, filipina women in posing naked are from Cordova, that the local government of Cordova is behind it. Sad assumption, hasty generalization.
