Subway or MRT Railway project in Cebu and Manila

Hi Fellow Istorya,

my only suggestion is to let Foreign Railway Company handle the project.

Let the Foreign company build and operate the Subway to avoid heavy burdened
on our Gov't financial liabilities.

Let the Foreign company earn the profits, do the maintenance repair and pay taxes.

Hoping my suggestion could help our country transportation problem.

di mana feasible ang railway project without government subsidy. if ang private company operator mubayad pa og taxes without government subsidy, mu end up nga mahal kaayo ang plete...

bitaw maayu og foreign mo sud aning sitwasyuna! mo mahal guro ang plite, pero atlest diha na mo sulod gamay ang gobyerno kung unsaon maka tabang sa commuters.

trapik kau gikan probinsya paingon city..sauna 1.5 hours ra karon 3-4 hours.. bahala na mo plete ko mahal basta dali lang ko maabot..
