    Default Call center review and feedback as of 2017


    Guys. Sa mga naay experience. Hatagi mig feedback nga bpo company ranging sa pinakabati ngadto sa pinakanindot. Pinakalisod ngadto sa pinakasayon ug mga new bpo nga naa sa cebu

    lisod man create ug list bro if base from experience kay usually dle man pud tanan pareha ug account. sa company na wala kaau ko kadungog gi bombard ug issue's kay JP Morgan about salary ha, halos tanan man naay issues. pero in my own opinion wala koy labot sa mga issues sa company basta gi sweldohan lang ko ug sakto unsay gihatag na metrics pasara lang para walay daghan kisaw.

    Sorry off topic.. curious lang sad ko.. kasagaran call center naa jud TL ug OM.. pero naay uban na naay TM? insa na cya na position? team lead o ops manager or tunga2 sa team lead ug ops manager?

    Good question. Though like in some CC they call it TM(Team Manager) which is equivalent to Team Lead. ang uban call center naa pud anang tanan gi mentioned nimo example ikaw Agent ka ang higher nimo is ang Team Lead(handles Agent) -> Team Manager(handles the TL) -> Operations Manager(handles the operation floor under nya ang TL ug TM) -> BDM or Business Development Manager others call this Accounts Manager(handles accounts like mag negotiate cla na mag outsource ba ron ang uban TelCo under sa inyong site ug e negotiate na ingon ani ilang metrics dapat ug inig abot ana sa ops floor gi increasan nana ug 30% kay magpabilib bya ng CC company na they're more better that the rest)

    From my experience, so far CVG ang makaingon ko nga nindot in the sense na detailed ila payslip, professional ang HR ug mga TL. Sa bati, daghan but to cite a few ... Nag.una ang Qualfon sa list. Gamayg sweldo, unprofessional kasagaran sa SUP, syagit.syagitan ka sa floor, diha sad ko kasuway ug everyday meeting with either SUP or QA AFTER SHIFT FOR 1-2 hrs WITHOUT PAY. and to top it all, if you dont intend to stay more than 6 months, you wont get your last pay and other receivables. Utangan pa ka because of their P10k training bond.
