Job Details
- PC Maintenance, repair, and client facing experience (very important)
- Advanced manual malware removal skills
- Ability to diagnosis and repair basic issues in the Microsoft and Mac OS environment
- Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft and Mac, including Microsoft Office (very important)
- Previous customer service, sales, and/or call center experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communications skills (very important)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
