    tae na companya, wala'y last pay, fishy payroll scheme, kuwang kuwang ang details sa payslip. naa pa'y disputes, ang sweldo dugay pa mo sulod sa bank account. sa mga na'ay plano na mo apply diri, if naa mo expectations na maayu ni na company (pareha nako sauna). let me break it to you, WALA'Y AYO ning companyaha ni. hantod karon wala pa ma release akong last na sweldo. (take note ha? last sweldo dili last pay, ilang e hold imong sweldo ug himoon nila ug last pay, mga kogtong jud...for the record sad tarong akong exit wala ko ni awol).

    na'a pa'y comp-ben di kahebaw mo explain. shet kaayu (gabati lang nawng atong mananapa, ga dukot dukot lang ang nawng). hahahaha

    sweldo pa na na issue ha?

    ang working environment so so lang, pero bantay bantay lang jud henoon ka. ka'y never ka maka feel ug security sa imong tenure. anytime ma papha ka. client centered kaayu na company. wala'y care sa mga ahente.

    strikto-strikto pa ug attendance...shiitttt wa'y klaro baya ang sweldo ang management hasta HR ug comp-ben tanan. wala'y ayo. di kahebaw mo lead, weak ang management. weak na company. (ang pwede buhaton karon pwede ika taktak nimo ugma ka'y nag usab sila ug policy atay kaayu)hahahahahaha. sa akong account lang daan...sesssss daghan kaayu ug mga illegal na gipang buhat ang gi atay..kalami na man jud e file ug reklamo sa DOLE. hahahahaha

    ikaw ts, feel nako naa ka sa recruitment. wala mo klaro mo set ug expectations, sa mga na recruit. ang bonus gi atay. inyung ge stretch hantod gamay ra ang naka kuha...unsa mo matulog? maka tulog mo? focus ra mo sa quota? wala uroy mo gaba-e noh?


    busa sa tanan maka basa sa akong rant post...ayaw na lang jud mo ug pa alig alig ug apply dinhi, usik usik ra mo sa inyuhang effort.
    pero if kusog mo maka kiss-ass, pwede kaayu mo diri mo flourish jud inyung BPO career, pero inyung kalag mag kundinar. hahahahahaha

    burakan oi. I suggest you report to DOLE bro since it has been 9 months nmn kaha wala pa imong last pay. Release lage na.
