naas mga 46k++ akong gasto bro. tangtangi nlng ang usa ka 8GB ram nya SSD para munaog mga 40k or pwede ra i3 or Pentium pd boss. dpende sa imong gamitun sa editing stuff nmo dpende sa workload. nya palit lang nya IPS Monitor sunod para nindot ug display gamit kaayu for editing.

No point in buying i3's after this proc, naa ni siya hyperthreading and ang difference in performance is i think less than 10%? not sure, pero gamay r kaau.

Paresan nmo ug Gigabyte B250M-DS3H, 2400mhz DDR4 ram. And an SSD kng makaya.

Naay slight bottleneck but still very playable. PSU can be a Corsair VS450 @ 1.7k brand new.

You can also consider buying a 1050ti, for 1080p gaming, pwede n ni siya. Compromise lng k gamay, pero at least di pd kaau sakit s bulsa. Or buy 2nd hand nlng. Naay vid card baligya si admachine rn, r9 290, 6k ra. You'll need a 500-550 psu lng, and preferably bronze.

G4560 is good for a budget gaming build jd, but for a workstation/gaming build, Ryzen 5.

The R5 1600 has 6 cores and 12 threads! Dli p siya available dre, but it should be soon. Search nlng s youtube for benchmarks and reviews, most techtubers will highly recommend this proc, especially if the purpose of your pc is more than gaming. Future proof pd imo build if you go with AMD. The AM4 platform is good for another 2-4 yrs, nig release p s DDR5 mag ilis ug socket ang AMD. Zen+ is on the horizon, games are now slowly being optimized to use more cores. And you can always use the extra cores for video editing too.

Budget migo? Nindot ang G4560 as recommended by @Szeth. haven't tried it pero i doubt significant ang bottleneck (with the 1060 3GB) ani since 4 threads naman ang G4560.
