PLDT internet vs Globe internet 2017 on mandaue area

Good day ninyo

I am interested nga magpataod og internet sa balay but galibog ko if unsa mas maayo ang Globe or PLDT. Daghan nagingon friends nako especially Mandaue area nga mas maayo daw Globe kay once magkaproblem dali ra daw ang response but the downside lang is that ila mga internet plans naay data cap. With PLDT daw once naay problem dugay daw kaau ang response and dili daw cla mu-fix og weekends but walay data cap ila mga internet plans ?

some PLDT plans have cap, some does NOT have caps.

for Globe, I believe all have caps.

if your area is fiber ready, go for PLDT.

how about sa ilang Customer Service ? i mean most of my friends nag-ingon nga dugay daw kaau ila response. unlike sa globe kay dali ra daw ?

@lila, based on my experience (Lapu-Lapu) area. Paspas kaayo maka adto ang technician sa GLOBE if naay moy problema. Tawag ka karon, ugma sa buntag kay nana ang technician. Sa PLDT kay pwerteng dugaya mo anha sa inyoha if naay problema.

Ikaw ra gyud makabuot ana ma'am kung asa ka gusto. Kung kusog ka mag youtube or download. Ari nalang siguro sa PLDT kay kasagaran plan nila walay capping.

If you're considering globe, make sure sa nga ang inyo area available tong new plans (eg. 10mbps@ 1299 dsl), kay kung basin pareha sa amo diri nga old plans ra ang available (3mbps@1299) kay wala pa daw available sa amo area. mahay gani ko, paabot ako pila ka bulan mahuman ako contract.

maoba, mag-agad ra diay ghapon sa lugar ang ila plans? so bsan pa diay new plan ko mag-subscribe, nya dili nah available sa amo lugar, kato gihapon old plan ila ihatag? hmmp tsk..

unsa man mga lugar applicable ani ila new plan? any ideas? hehe..

just contact my numbers sir agent ko sa globe para matagaan tika og info regarding sa available nga facility speed sa imong area yes thats true nga naa pay area karun nga wala pajud na upgrade ang facility but globe will be a great isp this 2017 kay whole cebu city will be using fiber optic in fact naa na contact sa mga interesado 09061192163

ok man globe ug pldt mam, based sa ako exp ako location is duol sa super metro mandaue, pru kani lng jud ila customer service ang problema,

PLDT - panagsa rako mamoblema kay dili man au problematic ang connection sa amo.a, pru kng maguba pud ug d pud ka cge follow up aw abtan jud kag weeks or months, nai usahy maka ad2 jud kas office nila mo dako jud imo tingog. pru connection lang sa globe o pldt mas okyhan ko pldt
